1. Scope

This notice applies to the public SYSB corporate website and enquiries made through the published telephone number, email address or WhatsApp link. It does not automatically govern a client project, employee relationship or supplier engagement, which may be subject to separate contractual and privacy terms.

2. Information that may be received

The current static website does not contain an enquiry form or user account. SYSB may nevertheless receive personal data when a person voluntarily contacts the company by email, telephone or WhatsApp. This may include name, job title, employer, contact details, enquiry content and any information attached to the communication. The hosting provider may also create technical server logs such as IP address, browser type, time of access, requested page and security events.

3. Purposes

Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, assess a requested service, prepare a quotation or scoping discussion, maintain business correspondence, protect website and network security, comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal rights and improve corporate communications. SYSB should not use enquiry information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis and notice.

4. Confidential documents

Visitors should not send confidential source records, identity documents, medical information, financial files, legal case materials or bulk personal data through ordinary email or WhatsApp unless SYSB has confirmed an approved secure transfer method. A website enquiry channel is not a production document-ingestion channel.

5. Disclosure and service providers

Information may be accessible to authorised SYSB personnel and service providers that support hosting, communications, security, professional advice or business administration. Disclosure may also occur where required by law, regulatory process, court order or to protect lawful rights. 8. External services

The website uses Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps on the Contact page. When those resources load, the visitor’s browser may connect to Google services, which operate under their own privacy terms and may process technical information. Outbound links, including WhatsApp and Google Maps, take users to third-party services that SYSB does not control.

Current prototype storage and third-party resources

Local storage used by this website

This static prototype does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It stores two simple preferences in the browser’s local storage: sysbLanguage remembers whether the visitor selected English or Bahasa Malaysia, and sysbCookieAccepted remembers that the cookie notice was acknowledged. These values do not identify a person and can be cleared through browser settings.

Embedded and remotely hosted resources

Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers and the Contact page contains an embedded Google Map. Those third-party services may receive technical information or use their own storage technologies. SYSB should review and, where necessary, configure consent controls before adding analytics, advertising, video embeds, chat widgets or other non-essential services.

Browser controls

Users may block or clear website data through their browser. Clearing local storage will reset the language and notice preferences. Blocking third-party content may prevent fonts or the embedded map from loading, but the core text content should remain available.

1. Informational purpose

The website provides general corporate and service information. It does not create a contract, guarantee availability, constitute legal or records-management advice, or replace a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement. Service details, capacities and timelines are subject to verification and written agreement.

2. Accuracy and changes

SYSB aims to keep information accurate but may revise, remove or update content without notice. Certificate images, statistics, client references, equipment specifications and case studies should be published only after internal verification and any required third-party approval.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape personal contact data for abuse, misrepresent SYSB content or use the site in violation of law. Automated access that burdens the service may be restricted.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, design, graphics and SYSB branding are owned by or licensed to SYSB. Users may view and print reasonable extracts for legitimate evaluation of SYSB services. Reproduction, modification, republication or commercial use requires prior written permission.
